Strength, Fitness, and Conditioning

Here at Miami Jiu Jitsu we realize the important of strength and conditioning for our students and athletes. We offer in in tandem to our mixed martial arts classwork so our students can be the best possible.


Group Circuit Training

We offer our circuit training classes to all students. This is a group class lead by an accredited instructor. The class works on challenging participants. Students go through a warm up followed by circuit training designed to build strength and endurance.


Personal Training

Personal Training is an excellent option for someone who prefers a one on one experience. Thsi is an excellent option for athletes, executives, and those on tight schedules or with limited time. Also a good choice for those who want to progress at a faster rate than a class would allow.
